## The idea of creating a startup

The idea of creating a startup arose from our own experience working with companies that had a demand for developing custom solutions to automate their often non-typical business processes because existing solutions on the market were either limited in functionality or too expensive for small and medium-sized companies.

## What are the main stages of creating your startup?

The initial thoughts about creating a product for business process automation emerged in 2018, but at that time we didn't have sufficient experience, so we decided to revisit the idea with a completely different understanding and implementation in 2021.

Adminix has two founders - Oksana (CEO) and Christian (CTO). Oksana has 7 years of experience in marketing and sales, while Christian is a serial technical entrepreneur who co-founded two outsourcing companies in Ukraine that are successfully growing and developing. He has over 10 years of experience in developing custom SaaS products and other software solutions.
We have known each other for 10 years. We met in the double degree program for Ukrainian-French master's diplomas at the Kharkiv National Economic University. During our studies and work in various startups in France, each of us gained certain experience. In 2016, we founded our first B2C startup in Paris. Unfortunately, that startup didn't take off, but during the two years of working on it, we gained valuable experience in entrepreneurship abroad and building a startup targeting not only the local market but the global market as well. In 2021, we started working full-time on Adminix, and although the full-scale invasion slightly slowed down our progress, in the summer of 2022, we made a public product release and started acquiring our first clients. That same year, we participated in the StartupWiseGuys accelerator and the GIST program in Chicago, USA. We also took part in the Ukrainian startup delegation at various conferences (WebSummit, StartupGrind, SelectUSA, VivaTech Conference). All of this helped us build a foundation for the further development of the startup.
