The Breeaath team located in Ukraine has a direct understanding of the issues associated with PTSD and other related concerns which have been on the rise especially in the last two years given the circumstances back home. In order to counter this emerging problem, they have created a crowdfunding campaign on JustGiving to Accomplish two goals, the first one of them is to assist people with PTSD in Ukraine, the second one is to evolve to make people all around the world needed assistance.

## The Breeaath Solution:

The Breeaath project should make it easier for users to watch their state when they are doing relaxation tasks. As opposed to existing devices, Breeaath can also offer full-time, non-invasive tracking of Heart Rate Variability (HRV) without the need for wearables with the aid of a laptop camera. This data will enable PTSP treatment professionals to ensure that breathing sessions meet the needs of each individual and that relaxation gets to be achieved optimally.
